Article 1 — Purpose These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the 01one06six.com website. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 — Products The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of viewing. 01one06six reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time. Product photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product received, particularly with regard to colors.

Article 3 — Prices Prices are listed in euros (€). 01one06six reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order The order is confirmed after payment is processed. A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. 01one06six reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, an incorrect address, or insufficient stock.

Article 5 — Payment Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments, or via PayPal. Transactions are secure and encrypted. 01one06six does not store any banking information.

Article 6 — Delivery Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at: contact@01one06six.com

Article 8 — Returns and Refunds Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return, via the payment method used at the time of the order.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property All content on the 01one06six.com website is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 10 — Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. French law applies to these Terms and Conditions.
